The guy at the front desk is usually not too friendly but never had issues with scheduling or comminication with the shop. The first time I brought my dog in the groomer shaved him and my dogs skin as well as his testicles were very red and very iiritated from the clippers. I came back few months later and decided to try a different groomer at Unleashed and had no issues, my dog looked great and he didnt seem to have any sort of discomfort.
