The Home Base project is laudable for its mission, embodied in the services provided by compassionate, non-judgmental and caring workers. The staff is clear about the information they give, and they go above and beyond the call of duty to seek out the less obvious answers. Because of their dedication and focus, University Settlement House provides clients with a supportive and empowering experience of what could easily be a completely debasing one.
