I have given this place many opportunities to get it together. I only stayed because of the female dentist that moved. They change dentist in the office frequently! This Dr Kava has no integrity cause he lies to his patients. The front staff is rude, act like they don't feel like being at work, attitude staff, unprofessional, and could only work in that Bronx office. Any really great dental practice would be crazy to have staff like that and wouldn't be able to keep patients. Dentist and staff are unprofessional and dishonest and that tells you why the office is the way it is. private pay clients would never go there! I refuse to go back or take my children there again. If they clean up the neighborhood they could clean up that office too. Teach them all about better customer service and how to keep patients. Making a patient wait 5.5 hours when they were the first patient is unacceptable and they probably are discriminatory too. The Bronx has a lot of work to do.....Good Luck. To downtown Manhattan we go.

Friendly atmosphere and the staff is very nice.

I don't know but my first contact was not as pleasant, the person that answered the phone was not as nice as they must be, after-all they are your first contact and impression of the business you are trying to do business with. I am going to Waterside Dental of Manhattan, they have been my care provider for years. I was just trying to give the local neighborhood some business but she blew me off.
