Jing gotta be the worst possible broker I have ever dealt with. She has an exclusive listing on a one family house for sale in Elmhurst but refuse to show the property. She told me that the house was pending for sale, but yet does not want to show or submit my offer when the contract was not signed.
I feel bad for whoever she is representing. The home owner clearly can get a better price on his/her house if he/she hires a more competent broker.

Worst broker ever, brushed me away when I was not a cash buyer. Is that even legal? This is a form of financial discrimination!!! This is the type of broker who gives a bad rep to the real estate industry. DO NOT USE HER AT ALL COST. All she cares about is immediate commission deposited to her bank account. Has absolutely no accountability or professionalism.
