We rent all of our instruments through Universal. They always come through with our NYSSMA music pieces and they are quick to fix our instruments if there is a need to do so.

The violins we rent are in really good condition and the brand well known - who thought we would ever have a Stradivarius in our house! (OK - I know HE did not actually make it but still!) The exchange to the next size is really easy to do through our school. Thery come in a few days!
The price is very good and the staff is excellent; they are kind, informative and efficient. Keeping the violin for the summer just takes keeping it or a phone call. They bill you or you can give the cc over the phone.
We have been very pleased all around with Universal.
