Shake A Paw

Got a Shar Pei/Bulldog from here 5 years ago. For the first two weeks she had kennel cough but eventually recovered and all was good. She went on to develop chronic cherry eye which we corrected with surgeries. However, Recently my pup has been diagnosed with hereditary Shar Pei fever. It has been a very expensive, painful, and sad few months. With no cure for the disease, all I hope is for the public to watch of for this Shake A Paw as they clearly purchase from "questionable" breeders...

I bought an awesome Labradoodle at Shake A Paw in Lynbrook. He is so gentle and loving, the best dog ever. He loves children and the groomer and vet both love him and say he is one of the best Labradoodles they have worked on. We board him with a place that doesn't cage them and they all play together. He is such a great dog that when they didn't have any other dogs they brought him into their home and let him sleep in their daughter's bedroom. Everyone just loves him and wants to take him home. I can't recommend Shake A Paw enough. They have brought such joy & love to my life by recommending this dog. Thank you Shake A Paw!

Went to Shake A Paw in Lynbrook based a recommendation of a good friend that also purchased a puppy there. My daughter is highly allergic so we were hesitant to even go in. We explained our situation and they promptly set up a playpen in the front of the store, away from the other puppies. After over an hour of looking and playing we finally chose the cutest little Cockapoo. Tom the salesman spent over 2 hours with us in total and never lost his patience. He knew we were first time puppy owners and he spent a lot of time answering all of our questions. Our little Carmella is doing great and is almost housebroken.

I got my pomski from Shake-a-paw and she has been nothing but a happy, healthy, fun-loving pup. The store has a really good selection of dogs, with some pretty cool mixes, and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I have been stalking shake a paws website for months now. My fiance and I decided to take a ride to Shake a Paw in Lynbrook and meet the wide selection of pups that they have available. We both fell in love with a cute female Boston Terrier which we were able to go in a small room and interact with the pup. The sales person that helped us out was very knowlageable and able to answer all of our question. After interacting with the pup we fell in love and we knew she was the right pup for us. Our sales person also helped us to pick out the right supplies we needed for Bella... Bella is now a 4 month old happy little muffin. I will soon go back for my second Bosten Terrier. I recommend this place 100%...
