I despise this place. I can't even begin to explain how pissed off this place has made me. NOT ONCE BUT TWICE. I first went to this place to talk to the female doctor about some stomach problems I've been having because of the change from the traditional Chinese food to the American food they have at my college. Instead of giving me her medical opinion she told me maybe the reason I don't like eating at the cafeteria is because I have no friends to sit with me. I didn't even how to reply to this. Also I needed a blood test AND SHE FORGOT TO TEST IT FOR THE ONE THING I ASKED HER TO TEST FOR. So they had to collect more blood for another test. NOW. I am pissed again at this place because THEY FORGOT TO SEND IN THE APPROVAL FORM FOR MY MRI. My appointment was today, THREE DAYS PAST MY DOCTOR'S VISIT, and it was only when I called them about it that they sent it. That time I switched to the male doctor too.You can do whatever with what I've said but I know one thing for sure. I am switching clinics.ALSO this happened in the span of maybe around 2-3 weeks.

This place is really bad!!! They asked me to put a deposit before I could see the doctor even I showed my insurance card. After my insurance provider paid them, they still hold the deposit and haven't returned to me. They also sent my blood test to the out-of-network lab even though they know what my insurance is.
