This has to be the worst post office ever. My packages are NEVER delivered and I never receive a pink slip. Instead I have retrieve the packages myself.
Inside the post office there are looooong lines and terrible attitudes. The employees make you feel as if you're ruining their day by retrieving your packages that they did not deliver.
My most recent pick up experience was a nightmare. I waited on line for over 20 minutes (there were 5 people in front of me). When it was my turn the woman helping me disappeared for (absolutely no exaggeration) 45 minutes. She never came back to tell me what was going on. This obviously caused a massive line and EVERYONE was upset. How, as an employee to the post office, do you think leaving the pick-up post for 45 minutes is a good idea. There was no communication.
It seems as if they are understaffed but that is no excuse for the behavior that customers experience on a daily basis.

The worst customer service I have ever encountered . They lack respect and training. They speak to customers with no respect and have a horrible attitudes. They never pick up their phones, refuse to answer questions, and when asked to speak to a manager they yell at you to go away ! If I could give it 0 stars I would. They need to hire new employees who are actually trained for their job. This is ridiculous ! Don't waste your time !

Bunch of idiots. They are lazy and a bunch of liars. Requested numerous redeliveries, they're too stupid and can't figure out how to deliver to my home, and they never did but yet they claim they did. It's cuz of post offices like this that the usps losses billions a year!

The absolute WORST post office experience I've ever had to deal with. Never have I ever been told by a customer service rep "it's not my problem, sir" with the biggest attitude and rolling eyes!!! Where do these people get their training from? Is this what my taxes are paying for? I have had 2 packages missing for a week now and I have requested a redelivery 3 times now with no avail. The government needs to get in here and CLEAN HOUSE. Look at these reviews! I've never seen worse reviews and experiences from customers at a post office before and they are all valid! I will never have a package delivered to my house in bushwick again. $800 retail value in both of those packages are now wasted money!

The Wycoff post office receives 1 star for opening on time ,other than that they provide the worst customer service. First of all there is a package pick up window w/ approximately 10 customers waiting for about 15-20 minutes and there's no clerk . One of the customers asked a clerk about picking a package , the clerk says that's the correct line . Five minutes later the window has not been opened , the same customer asked the same clerk about this line and he says it's only one line that window is closed. The lack of communication is a blatant disregard for people's times. It would have taken 1 minute of their time to write a sign indicating "ONE LINE FOR ALL TRANSACTION"
