U. S. Post Office - Brevoort Station

the (foot) carrier (on my route) NEVER leaves a slip. the one time a slip was left there was no tracking # on it, which made the slip useless. when i track my package it would say "delivered" but no package is here, or "notice left" w no slip. as far as the actual PO, they never know where people's packages are. then theyd create 2 lines (one for mail out, one for pick up) then tell everyone to get back in 1 line. its very very very very very slack in there.

Just the worst. The whole of USPS in this neighborhood is terrible, and this office epitomizes it. Lazy workers, horrendous lines, and constant lost packages.

I am so annoyed with this post office! No matter how many times you complain about other peoples mail being stuffed in our mail boxes and/or our mail being delivered to the wrong place it still continues like a SAGA! It baffles me how these people were able to continue with receiving a paycheck even when some people have probably lost their paychecks in the mail repeatedly! Can I just say if the tables were turned these folks would be LIVID and as robotic as they are they do not have a clue of customer service really is. My mail makes it sometimes but now I am reporting them to someone who would listen, my five year old, she got more sense that these FOOLS! Hey and by the way, I am purposely going to take the day off to personally introduce myself to this mail person, maybe if they put a face to a name they will get it RIGHT!

The worse post office. They lose packages and dont deliver packages. The postman doesnt even attempt to deliver, they just leav a pink slip for u to pick it up. The line is always out the door. N the wait is forever. These ppl workin hav the worst attitude when dealin with customers and complaints. I dred goin there.

Mail person does not take time to put mail in the right mail boxes. The mail boxes are labeled with names clearly. I have experienced numerous times where almost the entire buildings mail is in my box, and numerous tenants in my building are having the exact same problem. I have gotten all my mail several letters to be exact from other tenants. Sometimes neighbors across the street receives other tenants mail. When will it stop, we have a new mail person on our route. She needs more training.
