They did not deliver international packages 2 times even without make a notice. I could know only because the sender let me know.

WORST POST OFFICE EVER!!! THEY KEEP TAKING THE MAIL OUT OF MY MAILBOX BECAUSE I HAVE MOVED APARTMENTS TWICE IN THE SAME ZIP CODE, WHEN I SPECIFICALLY CHANGED MY ADDRESS ONLINE AND SUBMITTED THE CHANGE OF ADDRESS. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT THE MANAGER WHEN I WENT TO TALK TO HIM OFFERED NO HELP. WORST POST OFFICE EVER

I need it to write some information in a form and they told me they had no pens. Is it possible that the post office has no pens at all? The lines were long and they were so rude... The supervisor told me I had to come back some other day WITH MY OWN PEN!!!
