United States Postal Service - Bushwick Station

Absolutely terrible. 2 hour waiting line (especially fun for children and disabled or simply to those who have a work to go to...),super lazy staff (instead of bringing a package,worker decided it's fine to just push it with a leg to the customer.yes,i'm serious),didn't find my package with a provided tracking nr,then lied saying that the system is down and she can't find it(don't show me your pc screen as a proof if nothing's wrong there)...Worker made clear I have to feel guilty for asking her anything because she "has a headache and all those people need help and this day will never end..." :D It's especially sad,because offices in Manhattan work fine... I hope usps would take any action towards improving this nightmare...

Given the number of stolen and misdelivered items myself and other people in the neighborhood don't receive, they should rename this USPS to United States Liars and Thieves! Workers are lazy, angry and prefer to lie to or argue with customers. Compalints about mail stolen from PO Boxes in the Post Office can be heard almost daily while waiting on-line here. Why the Postal Regualtory Commission hasn't done a manor investigation here given the number of complaints I will never understand.

I can only describe the workers here as angry garbage people. The line was so long and slow after 2 hours it went past closing time and a women whom worked there came and locked the only door to exit so new customers could not come in, ok, this would have been understandable if they had someone standing there to unlock the door and let you out as you finished, but instead she locked the door with 20 people inside still in line and just walked away. I kid you not. They locked everyone inside, then about 5 to 6 people who had already retrieved their packages tried to leave only to find they were locked in. They started banging and kicking the door, yelling at the women behind the window "excuse me, we would like to leave now! You locked us in!?". The workers ignored them and made people who had already been waiting 2 hours to pick up a package wait another 10 min to come over and unlock the doors. I saw a NYFD lady in line, I asked her "excuse me isn't locking the doors while customers inside a fire hazard" the Firefighter replied "Yes, actually it is a hazard!". I pointed this out to the women who locked the door and left and she muttered some insult at me under her breath. On top of this one of the reasons the line is so long is that they frequently skips deliveries usually putting an excuse on the slip with a late time at night "10pm no one home to accept delivery" when actually they just drop the slip earlier in the day without ringing our doorbell, or doesn't even leave a slip at all in many cases. A common thing is they give you a slip that says you can pick it up from post office the next day. Then when you go in you'll wait in line for 2 to 3 hours just to hear it's back on the delivery truck. No apology they just shrug. Human garbage! So slow, lazy, rude, inefficient. Fed please take away their funding. Fire everyone and turn this place into a library.

Drunk on the job while delivering mail or should I say TRYING TO DELIVER MY MAIL.
when I go to file a complaint. The post master isn't the brightest light bulb in the chandelier. Between the long for waiting due to the fact all of side chatting between each other and constantly on there cellphones. A pick up slip was in my mailbox go to pick IT up just to be told YOUR PARCEL IS ON A TRUCK FOR DELIVERY TODAY. USPS STANDS FOR USELESS SERVICE POOR SERVICE.

Worst Post Office Service.. Women working there Are the most Rude Worker You can Meet.. Slow, angry all the time.. Always you have to wait more than one hour in line!! Then if you go for pick up your packets they never found nothing and let you know after 1/2 more hours.. Its insane i end up change it my mailing address.. Very poor costumer service i get tired after 1 year going there.. Its better Switch to Dekalb ave.. its better and mitle ave too..
