United States Post Office - Rockaway Park Station

tellers are very nice and know thier jobs very well but they are always short handed and that creates very long lines and upset customers.There is always that one person in line that says something about the line and it gets everyone fired up.Other than that everything else is great.

The worst post office for ever ! They do very very bad service and always you see a big line and very slow workers and nasty workers too

I'd give this place more stars, but once, I had to submit an application for a passport, and for some unknown reason, there was no electricity there. Then, I went to the one in Howard Beach on Crossbay Boulevard. Because they weren't accepting applications that day, they suggested I went all the way to a post office near Woodhaven and Jamaica Avenue. Because I went through all of this trouble in one day, they don't deserve more than three stars. I traveled miles by car, when this one is a walking distance from my house. It's not even a mile. Also the lines are slow, sometimes. But the clerks are nice people. I guess that's the only positive.
