United States Post Office - Canarsie Station

Worst post office in the world. Always loses my package and if the package doesn't get lost it ends up in a different mailbox. It's sad this is the only post office in Canarsie such horrible customer service and rude. What's the point of having a phone number if they don't pick up. USPS needs to take care of this pos office it's disgusting how they operate with no care in the world in total I lost over a thousand dollars from lost packages

This is the WORST post office ever!!!!! The mail carrier claims the deliver my packages and I get home to NOTHING. I tell them don't leave my packages without a signature but they still do! I hate this post office!!!!!

Someone here keeps taking my packages, they scan delivered and my package is not at my house. They don't pick up the phone at all. This is the 4th package that said it was delivered and it wasn't. people have lives and they depend on the things they order. Just because you are unhappy with your current job doesn't mean you make everyone else suffer. This post office is the worst.

The lines are a bit long and disorganized.
They need to put a sign for which line is for package pickup and which is for other mail related services because the "lines" were so close together that I ended up on the wrong one for 20 min. And I was in the post office waiting for a total of 55 min

You know I hear all these complaints but all I can say is bull. Do you honestly think the post office wants to keep your mail? Your mail carrier has a 2 hour non stage process of organising your mail then walk 6 hours to each house on that route. That's not easy. Second of all, as far as packages are concerned, make sure the damn package is labelled properly. If you damn well you do not live in a private house and got numerous bells that's not properly labeled, guess what, the fault is on you. If you want your package make sure you are home or make it clear where to go on the package AND at the location. And if you missed the package, here's a thought, get off your lazy asses and get it. We don't want your mail or packages but if something went wrong with delivery, most likely its you lot, not the mailman.
