Worse post office I have ever been to. LONG WAITS, 1 LINE ONLY. Mind you there are 5 windows there, but only 1 or 2 open to help. The staff are super rude, unprofessional, and do not know the meaning of customer service. The manager in this facility is rude as well she talks to you as if you're her child and comes out disrespectful to you. I wish they will clean house and bring some better people in to better assist us.

By far one of the worse places on earth. Hell has a replica of this place to torment souls. These are the most lazy people to ever be hired all in one place, they hate their job and they hate YOU! for giving them more work. If you live in this area code then try to get all your packages from UPS of FEDEX. If by some misfortune they ship by USPS then just cancel your order and retry again until they ship with UPS.

This is by far the worst USPS I ever had to deal with!!!!! My mail is consistently delayed and lost. The mail carriers state they delivered my mail when in fact they have not. The local direct number is always busy and the supervisors only come to work for a paycheck... they don't follow-up when they say they will, they don't send mail carriers to investigate missing packages when they say they will and they place you on hold when you call and never return. This location is in need of some process improvements and a management team that will ensure the team members are doing their job to the best of their ability and following COMPANY PROCEDURES (IF THERE ARE ANY).

many times that i have to lose my order or have a refund from the site
they never deliver the package to my house i always have to go to the office
i own business and is 24/7 in one order backage they said that the business is closed at 6 pm and then i have to send pictures to the seller for my business sign where it said 24/7 and i have to get a refund and one time they said that i recived the order and i have to call amazon and talk to them.
wat piss me off that one time a guy from usps was selling ipad from the deliverys that he stold and i was like this why i lost my orders many time and why people complaining about usps we should all call consumer affair and make a complaint

The Worst!!! How do you send someone's package to the wrong zip code? I had priority 2- day shipping, but here I am a week later STILL waiting for my phone to come in the mail. This is the worst delivery I've ever experienced.
