United States Post Office - Bath Beach Station

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.ANYTHING I SENT THRU THEM IS LOST 9 OUT OF 10 ! ALL WORKERS RUDE AND LAZY THEY TALK TO YOU WITH HANDS IN THEIR POCKETS AND I FEEL LIKE I CAME TO THEIR HOUSE AND ASKING FOR A FAVOR. ITS JUST REDICULOUS THIS PEOPLE GET PAID WITH OUR TAX MONEY AND ALL THEY DO IS TALK RUDE AND LOOSE ALL PACKAGES SENT OR RECEIVED. I HAVE BEEN LIVING IN THIS NEIGHBORHOOD FOR 15 YEARS AND ITS BEEN HAPPENING SINCE DAY 1. THE PHONE NEVER EVER WORKS,I WAS NEVER COMPENSATED FOR ANY LOST PACKAGES, THERE IS NO WAY TO MAKE IT RIGHT IN THIS PLACE ABOUT ANYTHING. LETS ALL COMPLAIN SO IT CAN BE SHUT DOWN. I LOST SO MUCH NERVES AND MONEY IN THAT PLACE !!

I would rate this post office lower if it was possible. This post office is just 2 blocks away from my home.

-They never even ATTEMPT to deliver packages. They just say they do but end up leaving notes only.

-We get our mail very late, sometimes never, and many times we have gotten important mail very late and that has caused a lot of problems.

-They only have usually 1 or 2 tellers and the ladies working the pickup windows take forever to get packages.

This is THE WORST post office. Period.

This post office is really suck. Long line in the weekend and still bad attitude when there is no line. Bad phone customer service. There is only one person can perform normal customer service is the manager. I star to think US post should start to get rid of such bad Union workers and hire contract employees who are willing to work and with acceptable attitude. Listen UP post office union workers, Everyone has a chance to have a bad day, but you can not have a bad day every day. If you do feel that way, only means the job is not for you. So please leave and let the people who love to provide good service to have a chance to do so!!!!

The worst postal office that I have come across in my life. They have poor manner, have the worst delivery.and can't answer the phone or a simple question. The so-called supervisor is actually worst than the people who work for him. Get rid of these people please!!!I don't even get a note stating that they attempted to deliver. I found out through Amazon. The last time I had something delivered, they said that they did and had someone sign for it. Who did and did you get an ID or something? I am still waiting for the phone call that the supervisor was going to make once he investigate. I think that you have a dishonest mailman and people who simple do not care....Fire them please and hire people who actually are willing to work

This is the worse post office,they don't deliver the packages even if you are at home waiting,they return random packages stating it can't be delivered as address (went you check the address is correct)and went you go there the costumer service is horrible,long lines,employees have bad attitude and never know what they doing.WORSE POST IN THE COUNTRY !
