You must must must tell them exactly what you want otherwise they spend 2 mins to rush you out. I wish they put more effort into client consolation, asking questions and really looking at your eyebrow before starting. They assume everyone wants the same thing.

First time client today wax and thread. Place is super clean. Service was excellent. No wait (1:15 PM on a Monday afternoon) and the technician was very professional and proficient. Need to know: They will charge you 5% on top of the fee for using a credit card.
