don't be deceived by Mr. Denholtz's elaborate website describing these apartments as comparative to the Trump towers. There are no bellboys in these apartments. We live here and we can tell you there are no panoramic views of anything but our other neighbors' apartments. Terraces are falling apart. Last Summer men came to rip part of them off and replace them. We could see into other peoples apartments at night time. Always make sure you are properly dressed. This is far from top of the line. toilets don't flush good. Bathrooms are still stuck in the 70s. If you are a 70s fans you will love the bathrooms. But they are rusted because they were put in in 1972 and they have not changed. The faucets are difficult to use. you have to play with the sink lock every morning before you shave or else you will have no water to shave. There is no surveillance security. Vandalism always occurs in the parking lots. The 24 hour video intercom has been broken for years. The heating systems and the air systems are only strong enough for half the apartment so in the winter time you freeze in your bed and in the summertime you boil in your bed. There is no express bus service anywhere around here. NYC is not minutes away. They can be hours away during rush hour. The recreation area has been closed off for the past 2 years because it is filled with cat manure and mushrooms. Watch out when you go to the garage. You might smell the stench of urine from a drunkard who sometimes urinates in the garage vestibule. When it rains the garage turns into a river. To sum up, do not believe Mr Denholtzs' brags of this place. The only good thing I can say about it is that most of the people are nice as long as you don't go into the manager's office.
