3 stars for the building minus 2 for the staff they wait to give u tickets there machines are broken half the time i though i lived in nj not nyc the way they give summons out.

CROOKS they waite by your meter so as soon as it hits 0 they start writing the ticket espeacially in lot 47 BY THE COMMUNITY COLLEGE !
