Unimax Supply Co Inc

I have personally used unimax for 15 years and now my shop uses unimax. But my recent transaction was a horrible experience. I spoke to a woman grace to place my order and had told her I needed stencil stuff specifically to place stencil on skin. She told me there was a new clear spray that was for same use. Not knowing that it was stencil stuff but for another use to freehand on skin. I opened it not noticing it was for another use. I called grace right away and had told her the mistake. And basically I was told there is nothing that can be done. Only that I would get half the price store credit. But I feel that is not right being that it was her mistake! I am very upset and as of now I will never place another order and neither will my shop!
