I was running a little late to my appointment to be exact I was late by 9 minutes, when I got there I told the Latina receptionist that I was running a bit late, and with a nasty attitude she told me, that I am very late and she had already taken me off the list as a no show if I wanted to wait till some became available, but unable to tell me a time., I strongly believe in politeness and there was no need for the attitude during my lunch hour specially when I need a welcoming setting when I am going to have my Brazilian Waxing done for the first time.. :( rude!
