Umi Sushi & Hibachi

This is the second time in one week that we chose this spot for the family diner ...AWESOME FOOD!

Worst service ever. Came here with friends from all over the city. Got our orders wrong and one of the orders just smelled disgusting and inedible, pad thai by the way which I've ordered multiple times at other places. I asked for the manager and he was acting like a five year old. "The chef made it this way" and my friend ordered a different pad thai and he said "if she ate it, you eat it".

I don't recommend this ever.

This place is a joke.. took the kids for there first hibachi dinner. everything was fine until the bill came, mind you i work in the restaurant business for 20+ years. they charged us gratuity and didn't mention it at all. so i tip the servers, cook and sushi chef my 20%+ like i always do when i eat out, then i realize that total cant be right i was over charged for something , i politely asked to see my check again then i realize the tip was charged onto my check without them even telling me about it. so i changed my tip to $10 on top of the 18%($25) that they charged and we still giving them more then they asked for. as a business you should mention that to your customers that gratuity is charged onto the bill so the customers don't double tips. its just dirty and unlawful business practice. As we left the restaurant the employees(servers) gave us dirty looks like we owe them the amount i put before the adjustment . Mind you, i'am with children .For that you just lost my business and everyone i know. good luck to the restaurant but you folks wont be here very long ,sorry to say.

Food is amazing comes out quick and the service amazing definitely a place I'm a regular at n I'd recommend
