They don't give proper attention to anything they do.

Was either lied to or misinformed by their "professional" who said thwre were not replacement speakers for my 3 series. Did my own research and found more than 1 replacement option. So glad I didn't take my car here .

I bought my GPS system from Ultimate about a year ago. They were really awesome they took the time to explain how everything worked even set my phone and contacts up for me. Since then I have been back 3 times for them to change stuff for me (nothing to do with them or the system) they not only did it for me on the spot they never charged me a dime. Oh, and when they put the system in you would never know it didn't come from the manufacturer. This system blows the manufacturer's system away. Thanks to Kane who is the technician there who always helps me he is so AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE.

Had to take the truck back about 4 times after they installed a new stereo, but they fixed what was wrong each time.

these guys are great very helpful and knowledgeable, they took my truck to the next level. ordered parts and installed them no hassle and a great price, i definitely recommend them, i like that they are in business over 15years and there are experienced technicians there not young kids like in best buy.
