I have been using Advanced Tire and Auto for 15 years Jason has always been correct in his assessment the has fixed my cars correctly every time. The repairs have been done in a professional manner I would never bring my cars anyplace else. Their prices are fair and much less than the dealer.

As a new resident of the area, I was apprehensive to take my vehicle to just any dealership. I asked my neighbors, whom have lived here for over 20 years, and they said I should call Advanced Auto. I'm happy I listened! Janet was a doll over the phone. Very professional, kind, and all with a good sense of humor. Upon dropping off my car I met Jason, whom was also very welcoming and made me feel good about having chosen Advanced Tire & Auto. I got my vehicle back very quickly and was also given a breakdown of things that needed to be addressed. Prior to the repair being complete, they called me to inform me how much the main issue would cost and how much all of the other recommended repairs would cost too. I authorized the initial and plan on going back to their shop to get all other issues addressed soon. I feel at ease knowing that there is a car repair shop in my neighborhood that is reliable! Oh and so far so good with the repair that was done. My car is running great! If you're looking for a good shop, this is the place.

This is a very knowledgeable and professional shop. I recently brought my vehicle in for a repair and was called later to have several scheduled matainence items brought to my attention that had been totally over looked by the previous shop I had been using. It's nice to have the piece of mind that my wife and kids will be safe on the road. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for the highest level of service for their vehicles.

WARNING....please note that this review has nothing to do with the quality of work from this shop. My brother, my dad, and I have had work done on our vehicles at this shop over the past 10 plus years and we have had no issues with the quality of the repairs. However, my brother recently called about his 2002 Chevrolet Cavalier. He is having some power/electrical issues with his vehicle and he wanted Advanced Tire and Auto to diagnose what is going wrong. He was told that they no longer diagnose these issues with Chevrolet vehicles older than model year 2006. Other vehicle makes have different cut off points. So, please note that if you don't have a late model vehicle, you may need to take it to another shop to have it repaired. Happy motoring!
