I have lost all confidence in this organization to follow through on their agreed upon deliverables.
They subcontract their work and these subcontractors again subcontract the work further.
They did not communicate to these contractors the agreed upon deliverables. Further their untimeliness or should I say their subcontractors failure to be on the property in a timely basis on at least two occasions created unsafe icy conditions as well as instead of plowing us out ....their subcontractors plowed many of us in.
Further to all this, after the fire hydrant was dug out, their subcontractors plowed the fire hydrant in...
When challenged on these issues and others the principle person answerable proclaimed he was not available to address these issues at the time the services were required.
There are many other shortcomings of this organization but suffice to say, based upon the experiences so far, I cannot believe anything this organization says that will in fact be accomplished when their services are needed on time.
I am hoping they mend their ways for the remaining time of our contract with them. The principle person involved seems to at this time be sensitive to our complaints....Time will tell...
