Worst customer service I have ever had. Tried to reserve a truck yesterday and was on hold for 30 minutes. Then after completing the reservation with the general U-Haul line I call the next day (today) to confirm scheduled pick up. Was on hold for 15 minutes. Next I called the general help line and they were not even able to get a hold of someone. Are these people suppose to answer phones. I use to work in Customer Service and this is not how you treat customers. I have now tried called 3 times now and have just been getting busy signals.
