I've been going to Twin Towers for many years. Because of the care that both my car and I have received over the years at Twin Towers, I would never consider going to any other service station - I even buy all my gas there. I still drive a 19 yr old Subaru, and over the yrs, have had a few significant car problems. John & his staff are always diligent & thorough, working through & explaining in language I understand every issue until it was completely corrected. After any work is done, John personally drives the car to make certain it responds appropriately and the initial problem is resolved. Whether it's for a simple oil change or a more serious problem, John calls me to discuss his findings and if he has suggestions to make my 19 yr old car run without difficulty (or even better) as it has for so long, and when the work should be done. He provides an accurate estimate for parts/labor. If he finds any change during the repairs, he promptly calls back with all updates and any changes in the initial estimate. When my car is ready, I know that John has put my car through its paces. I am certain that my car is completely SAFE on the road. When I 1st started going to Twin Towers, I didn't understand why the atmosphere there was so unlike any other garage I'd been to before. It was only when I learned it's a family-owned business, started by their grandparents, that it all made sense. I consider myself very lucky, indeed, to have more trust in Twin Towers and their mechanics who work on my car than I do in some of my doctors.

Very friendly service, honest opinions, absolutely worth it. Key selling point for me: there is a nice park and playground next door. So perfect for families/parents with young children needing auto care (can see it on Google Maps)

As a customer of twin towers for over 2 years i can tell you that the service is consistently great every time ive had my car worked on. the mechanics are skilled with both foreign and domestic models of cars and always use the best parts. very professional and friendly service.
