Very Unprofessional
I was looking at the backpacks
And the sales guy walked up and was very standoffish
I told him I was looking and he said take a picture and he walked away

Absolute awesome customer service. In separate instances that my luggage and luggage tag had been torn by the rough luggage handlers. The staff helped me to send the luggage back to the repairer and replaced my luggage tag though I could not locate my receipt. They are simply awesome. I usually prefer to shop everything online, but the awesome staff in Tumi makes me prefer to go to the physical store when it comes to the Tumi goods.
