They say they are open 24 hours a day but I could not get them to see my truck. Then they told me, if I brought the truck to the dealer in Queens, then this one in Brooklyn does NOT want to fix it. Could you imagine that? In the year 2014, with computers and other technology, the shop in Queens cannot tell the dealer in Brooklyn the problem with the truck. I will NEVER buy another International truck. It is just horrible and frustrating. Plus they are very expensive.
