Unreliable, my car broke just after midnight and called this company. I was told that someone will come in an hour. I said gratefully that I'll wait considering it's after midnight during Thanksgiving. Called after an hour to follow up and was reassured that the guy was coming. I called again after 30 mins to follow up and was told that I am not in the book! WTF... they could have just told me that they couldn't make it rather than wasting my time in a cold night. That would have been fine.
So googled again and found Logan towing. Wow, the guy arrived in less than 20mins and charged me what i was quoted on the phone.

They had me wait since 5pm and is now almost 12 am to tell me they never put me in the books to pick my car up n that I have to wait till tomorrow to pick it up n then the lady that dispatch in the afternoon says well we don't need your money and told me to never call back

KYLEEN THE 'SO-CALLED' MANAGER WAS RUDE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DIDN'T DISCLOSE ALL THE FEES IT WOULD COST FOR MY CAR AND THREATENED NOT TO CHARGE MY BATTERY FULLY SO THAT I'M FORCED TO HAVE TO PAY FOR KEEPING MY CAR ON THEIR LOT. I WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO ALLOW ME TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER, THEY CLAIM IS ANTHONY TRUCHAN.

Very professional and thoughtful. Treated me like a valued customer instead of another annoying statistic. I called several places until I saw a positive review online for this place, so I tried them. Couldnt be happier. I never right reviews but want to let people know they're good.

They offered prompt, friendly, reasonably-priced assistance when I had a flat tire and couldn't change it myself - on Superbowl Sunday!! Highly recommended for this type of emergency.
