if I could leave negative stars, I would. Terrible service inside or out. The wait staff kisses only asses of large parties. if you're on a date, better come full or you'll go hungry/thirsty. nice set up and location, but typical nautical mile arrogance food is so so

Horrible service. My boyfriend was brought the wrong meal twice. They didn't have any ingredients for drinks that we ordered. We purchased a Groupon online that specifically said $25 for $45 worth of food and drinks. I showed it to the waitress when we sat down prior to ordering. When we were paying is when she decided to tell us we couldn't use it. They did not understand the concept of the Groupon. She kept saying that the manager said if he takes $45 off our bill would only be $7 and he couldn't do that. Umm yeah moron that's the point of purchasing a Groupon prior to coming there... I paid $25 to get $45 worth of food and drink. They could not wrap their heads around that. I complained to Groupon that they should not be representing this business.

The service was beyond horrible. I will never come back here. That's how horrible the place was

This is a nice outdoor bar and lounge. The drinks are made well and it's at a great location. As for the service its not that bad if you don't mind waiting 10 - 15 to get a beer.
