horrible customer service. received plaques on wrong trophies and two broken ones. when I called three weeks ago to get them replaced, the initial person I spoke with was very helpful but when I called today to find out where my order was, I was told to do my own investigation and that there was no way they broke the trophies. I asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, they refused to transfer me. still have not received my replacement order and I will NEVER use their company again.

good prices but They stopped allowing you to pick up your orders
all orders must ship which adds cost to my orders
I will have to find some place that I can pick up from to save cost

TrophyDepot supplies our soccer banquet's awards ceremony every year. Prices are always the lowest around and never had one problem with them. Super value and good cust service.
