Trinity Boxing Club

Trinity is awesome, especially for motivated newcomers. [I haven't been to Gleason's so I can't compare across boxing gyms.]

First of all, _all_ of the trainers are sick. They're cool, (in a really motivating way) disturbingly strong, fast, and tolerant of no member BS. DO THAT LAST REP. WHY HAVE YOU STOPPED?! MY FOUR YEAR OLD DAUGHTER COULD TAKE YOUR WEAK PUNCHES. (Lol.)

Price. It's worth noting that though the monthly price seems "high" maybe –– comparable to that of Equinox and Equinox is a palace –– it seems to me there's much more value in Trinity, assuming you want to get strong and lean and not bulked up. If you go every day they're open (you should go every day they're open) it works out to about $10 a session. But at each (1-2 hour) session you end up working with at least two different trainers who help improve form and push you hard in conditioning.

Also they seem to offer students a discount.

The atmosphere, the people and the establishment are authentic to the sport of boxing. This place has everything you would want in a boxing and then some.

The program takes the thought process out of exercise and delivers the best work out you can find anywhere - all while being totally distracted from the fact you are even working out.

Yes, it is pricey but it is worth every penny.

I belonged to Trinity a couple of years ago, and loved it. Trainers were serious but fun, and my workouts were great. I returned eight or so months ago, and it had changed. Trainers sat around chatting with each other, ignoring clients. Trainers refused to work with me when I asked them to. The owner moved to LA and his brother runs the place--that might be the difference....Totally not worth $225 a month.
