My daughter has been going here since she was born, at the beginning I had no problems getting in contact with them or making appointments. Now this past year has been a nightmare! I call many times and they don't answer or get back to you, I've been trying to make a flu shot appointment for two months now!! they take my info but no one ever calls me back, I leave voicemails but it's a loss cause. Please fix this.

Whenever I have needed to make an appointment no one ever picks up the phone. When I actually go in to make an appointment in person the Nurse is always an hour late, because of this I have had to go to the ER for a flu. When I have been see the care has been adequate but most of the time it seems like no one cares.
