I have had lower back pain for years. Over the years it has advanced to a point where I was seriously considering back surgery. I have had at least two other experiences with physical therapy in the past, but they did not bring any positive results. The locations I went for physical therapy seemed to me like, "physical therapy mills", where the therapists were mostly young kids just out of school who didn't know enough or didn't care enough to get results.
