I don't know what other people are talking about. Yes it is a bit expensive but I think its worth it. The cleaning is good and their tailoring is excellent. They do provide maid service too. The asian lady is very friendly. So far, haven't lost any of my clothes. And they are always on time with their service. Highly recommended.

The Asian lady at the front continues to be rude and judgmental about the shape of your clothes and cleanliness. She has a comment about everything and makes living at 88 Leonard less pleasant than if she wasn't there.

Hit or miss. Most of the times OK service but recently destroyed a shirt and lied about it. Frequently lost items and didn't claim responsibility. Unless you want to keep a notepad with what you give to the cleaners everytime I wouldn't recommend them.
