Extremely rude service and more than a month of delays on my visa due to confusing information from the people who answered the phones. The marketing manager was exceptionally rude and completely unwilling to address my concerns.

Went there to get help getting a Chinese visa. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is in need of visa assistance.
