Great place to learn to meditate.
I learned 38 years ago and have appreciated my ability to go within and come out well-rested and at peace, no matter how stressful my days get. This NY City location is there for anyone that wants to come and learn to meditate. Accredited teachers will take you through the very simple, natural process of meditating... you can't just get a book and read it or take some online course. You must have a teacher and this is the place!
Good luck to anyone that wants to learn, its really worthwhile.
