This school has become my home away from home over the past several. Not only have I learned martial arts techniques, I have learned a lot about myself as well. Whether it is for self defense or self improvement, training here will help make you a happier, healthier person. Few places truly live up to their name the way Training 4 Life does. I've been training in the adult Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program for about 11 months now and I can say that joining the program was one of best decisions I have made. From the moment you walk into the door everyone is kind and willing to help each other exceed their own expectations. Mr. L creates a pleasant atmosphere that makes it more comfortable for all beginners to walk in and feel like they instantly belong. He is an awesome instructor and I highly recommend this program to everyone who wants to try something new.

The Training4Life Jujitsu Program is excellent. I have been a member here for almost two years, and in that time I have seen myself drastically improve. I have become more confident with myself on and off of the mat. The school is filled with people from all different age groups and skill levels which makes it easy for new students to get accustomed with the program here. Everyone at the school is also very kind, modest, and hard working which is a difficult combination to find at other schools. Mr.L is a great teacher and takes pride in watching his students succeed, and is more then happy to help you with your techniques and training.

I’ve been training in the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program for the past year and a half and it has truly been an incredible experience. Mr. L creates a perfect learning environment for all ages, no matter what class you are in. He clearly has an ardent devotion to this art with an infectious attitude that makes you want to come back for more every day. Training here at Training 4 Life has made me a more confident person both on and off the mats. Amazing instructor and school – would highly recommend!

My son has been a student at training4life for about a year and a half. He is 6 years old and absolutely loves it. Mr. L is an amazing instructor. The kids love him. He's a terrific role model, the classes are fun and the kids learn so much from him. All the kids have great big smiles on their faces while they are working out because they are having fun while learning. It's been a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this school.
