Get there first thing in the morning!!! If not prepare yourself for a extensive wait . The employees there have the enthusiasm equivalent to that of an undertaker. As if that wasn't enough the benches must be made of cement painted to look like wood , they are by far the hardest & most uncomfortable seating surface on the planet. The bathrooms look & smell like someone had some bad tacos then exploded in there & it was never cleaned up !!!

On this place working a lot of stupids. nobody can't done any job properly
And what I think All freaking system and employers in this DMV has to be changed completely

I do not understand why a DMV worker need to dig into my personal life and my immigration status! I have all the papers, I have a green card for many more years, and I just need to renew my license. Not only that they not doing their job, and are too slow with servicing customers, they also go beyond their job, just in the wrong places.
Visiting a government places are never fun, they shouldn’t make it worse than it already is.

The worst dmv you can go. This guys love screwing with you sending you back and fort for no reason. Asking for papers that are not on any checklist, asking questions that does not concern them. Supervisors are the worst here lazy, arrogant... just avoid this place for your own sake.

Like most DMVs there is excessive wait time. I would like to add the staff are exceptionally rude in comparison to the other Nys DMVs. Do your self a favor and go to any other DMV
