Trader Joe's

1)I think the staff are good. You can't expect them to know it all, they're just humans! if you're upset because you spent over an hour, imagine working a whole day in this crowded place. Reading these comments, made me sympathize with the employees. When I visit T.J.'s, I go for the products, NOT to be greeted. It's nice, but I don't care! I just want to leave ASAP.

2) The real problem here is that it's too crowded. When a lot of people are in a tight corner, they lose patience and increase their level of aggressive behavior. Although I've never seen a fist fight or any dispute here, I wouldn't be shocked. This place seriously needs to expand or move to a bigger location.

I just love this store. Awesome I just wish you would open more stores in Queens especially near laguardia airport. Love the kale pizza so good and crunchy. Awesome.

The place is small, but there's nothing they can do about that, so why fuss? They need to figure out how to better manage the lines when it gets packed. Otherwise, I love the TJ brand of products, good quality and good prices. I shop there more now since needing gluten free and dairy free products

I used to love this place but now it's over crowded, always out of stock on produce, and have the rudest customers that come here. Like women bang into you with shopping carts cuz their too busy checking makeup or talking to their friends.

It makes me so sad too because I love trader joes but I avoid this place like the plague on weekends and if I have to come here I will only come before 10am on a weekday

I have come to believe anyone who has given it good ratings is
1) either trolling
2) giving a higher rating to the establishment in general, but not this particular trader joes.
My god this place is a mess. The staff have no idea how to handle the crowds. Parking lot is full of cars, and if u decide to skip the idea of parking there after waiting for an hour to find a spot. Nope, you are stuck.
the check out lines are huge and there are actual fist fights in the lines, and the management or the staff cannot even handle their customers. Its not like they want to be bad to their customers. They just are purely incompetent. I tried to talk to their manager, but they get super scared and refused to even give me an email address.
