I hate this toys r us. I bought my daughter for Xmas an easel so opened it and the whole easel was broken I took it back and they seem to not had another one for her. Another time I bought my daughter a hello kitty remote control car the car wasn't working but the controller worked, I took it back and switched it now the controller don't work but car works. I'm tired of this store selling broken toys and I remember when I went there they had toys that were opened and out of their boxes. It's a shame they aren't strict with their policies.

Price matched 2 items but cashier along with a manager said they don't pm from a certain website. They were wrong bc I pulled out my copy of their pm policy n the website was on the policy for pm. Other than that, it was a pleasure shopping at TRU in Secaucus, NJ.

This store sucks big time! We did a store pick up and got an email that it's ready to pick up. Their pick up order process sucks! I come in check in for pick up and I wait. It took them forever to get the order. Their banner says, "it's as easy as 1,2,3", I want to tell you that even getting orders in mail are faster then this store pick up process of yours!

Only good thing is location. I saw a few things wrong in this store but what really tilts the bucket is the restroom maintenance. Seriously people? It's not that hard to maintain clean bathrooms. Clean bathrooms should be part of your guest shopping experience. I'd understand if I were at a bar or something but these restrooms (at least the men's) are without excuse, simply disgusting. I'll try to post pictures of the dried up mucus (luggy) starring me in the face. Oh and no toilet seat in one of the stalls..... hope you have strong hamstrings!

Not sure what everyone else is experiencing, but we've successfully picked up numerous online (same day pick up) orders. We either picked up that day, or a couple days after with no issues BESIDES ONE FEMALE AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA. She in my opinion shouldn't work at a store involving interacting with people, let alone parents and mothers to be (just not smart) At first I came to the conclusion it was me being pregnant at the time , and a little too emotional. However, coming back on 2 separate occasions she was JUST as rude to me and to my husband.
There's a gentleman who walks around, not sure if he is management or loss prevention but always helpful. A smile goes a long way people!!! Especially when parenting or expecting.
Their shelves have always had what I needed. If I couldn't find someone, asking has always done the trick!
I've experienced cashiers who are aloof and don't seem to want to be there and a wonderful girl(wish I knew her name) who was very kind and interactive with us. She did her job and even offered a cc which is apart of cashier protocol (which some cashiers just dont ask for one reason or another. ) If I was a secret shopper she wouldve gone above and beyond. Perhaps when I go there this week I'll get her name!
Last, temperature is really important, I am anemic and often freezing in stores. This being a baby/children's store I was glad it wasn't freezing! Even though it was summer, the temperature was nice and cool but not ridiculously cold!
