Had a great experience purchasing my dinning room table. I didn't come to buy anything, brought a family member. We both got great deals!

The clearance part is very cheap and good selection, however the fact you have to bring your own vehicle and not deliver to your house for the clearance is terrible

Bought my first couch from here which ended up being very durable and very nice. I think I will return for another purchase soon.

I purchased 3 pub chairs and when I got home one of the chairs was missing the legs. I called the store the next day and they told me I had to wait ANOTHER 7 days to receive another chair. Mind you I waited 7 days for this order already. I asked about a refund and they told me all I could get is store credit being the merchandise was in my home. HELLOOOO shouldnt it be in the my home if I purchased it???!! So yes I'm very upset that I have to wait another seven days for something that was the store or their distributors fault. There was nothing done to appease the customer for the inconvenience. And instead of letting me speak to someone directly, the customer care personnel kept puttting me on hold to speak with someone in the store. The back and forth was horrible. HORRIBLE customer service!

I ordered a bed and the footboard was missing, the delivery driver told my wife that another driver was dropping it off later on and that he was going to put the bed together. I called to find out what was going on only to learn that they damaged the piece and rescheduled for another day!!! Upsetting, they rescheduled without letting me or my wife know.
I called customer service at the store where I bought it and this girl Maria tells to not even bother complaining because they didn't have another one available and as I'm writing this review the customer service manager is trying to help me but I'm being on hold for almost 15 minutes. Ridiculous!! No more Bob's for me!
