I placed the order online bc I know how rude and helpless this place is. I came in 2 hours after my order was ready to give them time to fail me anyways. I went to guess services first, I got directed to Baby registry, I went and of course it was empty, waited for 25 minutes standing there. Some lady comes in and said "are you waiting for something" OBVIOUSLY she said to me "did you sing in" biisshhhh so we see me here waiting for someone to direct me right? Very rude staff, only one register open, endless lines. Fix it...

There is this dark skin short fat looking manager he is the worsttt manager ever !!!! This store is big and has a lot of toys but in the lines of toys they have a mess !!! The toys have a red sticker that says clearence which is on salee ! When we went to the register it had another price and the stupid ugly manager is so dumb he gave us one toy with the original price which was $10 and the other one for $2.99 which both were the same toy and he only gave us one for $2.99 and the other one for $10 but we only bought one !!!!! THIS manager is so stupidd I had to make this complain !!! They should fired him because that store is a mess with the pricesss

If there was a -5 start that would be my rating. I just spent over 30 mins on hold and no one bothered to pick up my call. I even called from multiple phones at the same time to see which call they would pick up first, well they picked up neither.
I been to that location before and the service in person is also terrible, I have never been asked to be help. Whoever manages that store needs some training on customer service.
Just terrible!!
