The staff is horrible. They do not want to help - I was there with my husband taking a CPR class and two associates were very annoyed that we were there even saying things behind our back as if we weren't listening and they were also carrying a conversation and cursing at the same time. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional.

best toys r us i have been to. what a selection and well placed. you would think it would be small with limited items but no not at all. you be happy you came to this store believe i have been to nj/ ny stores and this one is #2 of course the #1 store is 42nd street. this store in the bronx might have better stock. neat, clean and helpful staff believe it or not. loved my x-mas experience there.
