Must read this. You'll be surprised. I bought the most expansive basanet out of 3 I spent $150. I come home the inside cushion has a red spot who knows if it was blood or sauce. The wireing of the musical mobile torn out. The poles are tied in dirty peiece of cloth, the screws and instruction packer missing and when I called to complain I was told well call you back in 24 hours. I bought the item 9:00 the store was already closing and called first thing in the morning to complain. And on top of all this I was told the baby bottles de brown I bought were not on my rewards and I felt the customer service person was causing me of stealing.

Nothing but good experiences here, I'm surprised by the other ratings that people can have issues with this Toys R Us. Service is par for the course here, if you want something someone (assuming you find someone) will help you. The place is clean.

What more can I say, the store is clean, and there's employees that will go out of their way to help you and others...well if you find them will help you too

I called many times to check for an item so i wouldnt need to drive there but they never pick up the phone... i guess they dont give u that service, other places do... instead i will spend my money somewhere else.

The worst shopping experience in 10 years. The laziest, rudest and most dishonest store employees I have ever seen.
I visited this store on 12/31/2013 between 2pm and 3pm. There were very few shoppers in the store. Some toys fell off the shelves and were laying on the floor. Multiple employees just walked by and didn't bother to reorganize.
I took 2 $50 Amazon gift cards to purchase. I wanted to make two separate transactions, one for each of the gift cards. The cashier just refused to do it, saying "I don't want to do an extra transaction for you." So I went to the customer service counter to do it. The lady reluctantly agreed. When the POS register showed I can even split transactions by myself, the lady said "that's not functional." Then another male employee came over, saying "It's only for cash transactions."
I will never visit this store again unless the company shakes it up.
