- Terrible #136685

I gave Tower Cleaners my beautiful sheepskin coat and not only did they destroy the colour of the coat, they refused to reimburse me for the terrible job that they did, and they also refused to pay for the cost I incurred in getting the coat fixed at another dry cleaners (Maurice down the road from this one which is fabulous!). Their manager has been one of the most unhelpful and difficult people I have come across. In short - terrible work and horrific service.
