Great office. I brought in a cat the I rescued. I asked for the cat to be fixed and to have his claws cut and his yearly shots. I received a call less than 1 hour later to say the cat was previously fixed and declawed. They just gave him his shots. I saved a lot of money and my cat a surgery he did not need. I have been a loyal customer ever since.

Excellent service and care. First time visit to this facility and I was very pleased. I brought in a very sick cat and within a few days he was back to normal. Alia at the front desk was personable and very efficient. They were also very reasonable with there pricing.

Very very nice people run this business, and really seem to care about the pets. I've taken a few strays/ferals here to get spayed/neutered/shots, and they've given me a discount because of that, and all the cats are happy and healthy years later.

Horrible service. Do not take your pets here. They over book appointments and make you wait over an hour every time.
The equipment looks like it should be in a museum,
The place is very run down and not clean.
They take Pet Assure insurance but refuse to give the proper discount on everything.
My dog never growled at my old vet. He growels at Dr.Hamden & his helper. I am listening to him & going back to my previous vet. I only changed for the pet insurance. What a mistake.

Shockingly poor service. My wife runs a rescue group and took 5 Kittens there for spaying and neutering today on 7/2/13. Price of $325 agreed beforehand through another rescue groups kind use of their discount. When she called the vet to confirm pick up time she spoke to a woman named Aliyah ( I probably did not spell the name correctly) and was told that a prior balance of $150 existed from 2011. (my wife has not used this vet in over 9 years) She went on to say that the kittens would not be released until the prior balance of $150 plus the $325 was paid in full. When it was explained to this woman (who's attitude was beyond unpleasant by the way) that my wife had no idea how this balance came about, that she only had the money to pay for the services provided that day and which she would do and then try to find out who charged the $150 to her account, Aliyah absolutely refused to cooperate. When my wife eventually caved in and found an extra $150 and came to collect, she was suddenly told that it had to be cash only and no credit cards or checks would be accepted. Aliyah went on to say she was an owner, that Dr Hamdan was a salaried employee and another Vet also owned the establishment, she also said she had owned the business for 40 years. As I write this, the Police have been called. Attempts to be put through to Dr Hamdan were rejected. I'm not an animal person but I have been involved in Animal rescue for 18 years and have never come across such appalling service from any vet. My wife is absolutely distraught. The kittens are being held pending payment.
Consequently, I do not recommend this establishment.
