After 40 years in the screen printing industry, I finally found my ink supplier for life! Luis and Andrew at Total Ink Solutions are by far the best! We were searching for a very specific ink and finally found it with Andrews recommendation. If you're looking for expertise with a foundation built on customer service, these are the guys for you!

Flash LogoWear has been in this industry since 1989 and has remained loyal to Rutland. Upon discovery of Total Ink Solutions at Atlantic City 2 years ago I decided to give Total a go. I carried 3 or 4 samples back from that show and did some extensive testing with them. Truth be told we DID experience a problem with one of the samples. I contacted Andrew with my findings and together the issue was resolved with the help of the owner and their resident ink specialist. I did read below and there is a post by an unhappy customer. My experience tells me that there was no Pre-Production testing performed and that coupled with a disclosure that they were just starting their business tells the true tale. Lessons that cost money generally are lessons well learned. In this case I suspect that the fledgling operation needed a scapegoat and who better than the ink supplier. I cannot see any parallel between that story and my personal experiences with this outfit. They were attentive to my problem, cordial and technically knowledgeable. Believe me after 27 years I have learned some expensive lessons and I know the difference between a customer sales rep and a technically trained customer sales rep and these folks are the latter. I am currently switching my entire ink inventory to Total Ink Solutions. Give them GO as I did and find out for yourself!

Total Ink Solutions is Amazing! They have the best customer service in this industry hands down! We have worked with a few other suppliers, and the Total ink products are amazing. They work with you for custom formulations, they ship at amazing speeds, and they are always willing to help anyway they can. We have been in a bind a few times and Andrew and the Total Ink team has helped us get supplies we needed fast so we could get our projects complete for the clients.
