Ive been member of this gym for three years and it has all the things you need, cardio machines, weights, aerobic exercise program, boxing bag etc. It does not have fancy brand new equipment but has fundmental, basic equipment which you can benefit a lot from. The staff are very friendly as well.

i have been working there for almost 2 years.... Gym is good but only thing is they need more working out items and also they have to fix the shower and lockers....rest everything is okey .....cheap and good staffs ......
