Love my experience at Torchlight Motors! The salesperson took the time to show me different cars and ask me what I was looking for instead of being really pushy and forceful about my making a fast and expensive decision. He literally took the time to listen and work with me and find out what I wanted and needed. That’s what you’d hope for and expect but don’t always get. Torchlight Motors is a good dealership and I would trust them and recommend them without a second’s hesitation!

Jeff and his staff are top notch salespeople. Jeff and his staff treated me with courtesy and respect from the very first phone contact and throughout the entire purchasing experience for my Volvo. They've sold me so far as I can tell up to this point, a great Volvo thats gets me regular compliments; they even picked me up from the train station. I also got my tags and registration the following week via FedEx. The best used car buying experience anywhere to be found. Kudos to Jeff and his staff!!!!

Yeah, got sold a lemon - a 2005 S40 that has had trouble since I bought it. But... they talk you into buying an insurance policy for repairs through Penn Warranty Corporation that isn't worth the paper it's printed on. And it absolves Torchlight from any warranty responsibilities, which is great for them. I tried to make a claim on repairs through Penn Warranty and they said that you have to get prior approval before getting anything done. Well, that's really inconvenient when your car breaks down and you need to get it back on the road asap. Then I attempted two more claims and both were denied (those particular parts were not covered). Torchlight told me the warranty covered "bumper-to-bumper" but that's a flat out lie. Don't buy from Torchlight. They just want to sell you a car, sell you rip-off insurance, and get you out the door.

I overpaid for the car, overpaid for the warranty insurance, and now I'm overpaying for repairs out of pocket.

I was greeted with the utmost respect upon walking on the car lot and then I was helped all the way to the end. I didn’t end up buying a car because it wasn’t the right time, but I just want to make it known that these guys genuinely care about the customer and not just the business. Wish them the good in the future. I recommend them!!

I really like the guy who helped me and the jeep car I buy is good. Low price and the car is in best condition. They are nice and I really love car they sold to me. I have nothing bad to say about this one. I recommend them!!
